A bakery for centuries, in 1988 Olospoort became a bar that belies its tender years. The beer selection is woeful and irrelevant; this is a tasting room and has several hundred spirits to warm up the sailers.

Olofspoort is of a rare breed where the proprietor is knowledgable, amicable, well-dressed and formal.
